What should I do to prepare for my appointment?

You may come as you are but please try to detangle your hair to the best of your ability.

How often should I get a Trim?

It depends on your style and hair. Generally, we recommend every 8-12 depending on your split ends and to maintain healthy hair.

How long will my appointment take?

Appointment times vary based on the service and density and length of hair.

Can I bring my own hair product?

For best results, we use only high-quality products that we trust and know work well with a variety of hair types. Bringing your own products is generally not recommended, as we cannot guarantee the results, but if it's a RX prescribed PLEASE feel free to bring it.

Do you accept
walk-ins?

We welcome walk-ins when we have availability, but we highly recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure your preferred time and service are available. Also please be understanding we may not get to you as a Walk-In. so it's best to make an appointment to respect time.

What if I’m unhappy
with my service?

We want you to love your hair! If you’re not completely satisfied, please let us know within 24 hrs , and we’ll happily work with you to make any necessary adjustments to ensure you leave feeling great.
