Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel. We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations to allow us to offer the time to other clients. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee. No call, No show automatically is 100% of service fee

Late Arrival Policy

If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may affect the length and or the service fee of your appointment or result in rescheduling to avoid impacting other clients. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you without compromising the quality of service.

Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. However, if you are dissatisfied with the outcome, please reach out to us within 24 hours.. We will work with you to adjust the style or exchange your product to  meet your expectations.

Children & Guest Policy

To maintain a relaxing environment, we kindly ask no extra guest unless they have an appointment. Well behaved children under 12 may accompany you if need be. Unfortunately, I no longer service children under  12 years old.
