Mean Hair by Regina is founded by Regina Nealy, a passionate Trichologist and Licensed Cosmetologist, our salon was born from her vision to create a space where healthy, beautiful hair comes first. With over ten years of experience, Regina opened her salon to help clients restore confidence through customized scalp and hair treatments. Her dedication to healthy hair inspired the launch of her signature product line, designed to nourish, straighten, and maintain every strand with professional-quality ingredients.
